The company I work for charges the same rate for licensed and apprentices.

If the customer has a real issue with this the company has changed the rates. The apprentices rate will go down and the licensed guys rate will go up. [Linked Image]

If the normal rate is $90 they might make the apprentice $70 and the licensed rate $110.

Either way it ends up being the same money for two guys per hour. [Linked Image]
