we have install 10'X 3" direct burial poles as such. they art app. 18" to 24" deep and about 12" wide and filled with concrete. Now the inspector wants a detail from the factory, I have contacted the tech dept of the factory and they state they have no detaits. can some one help us.

I would imagine the building department will accept something from your structural engineer.
