PS: The 2002 NEC at that.

Seems like some don't want to discuss this issue, or don't know that it exists.

I believe 70E should be used as the primary safety code in the electrical industry.

Yes, I am aware that the NEC is the Installation Code and has a few items dealing with safety such as 110.16.

Personally, I would like to see 70E added to the NEC in some way.
