The National Electrical Safety Foundation International offers some excellent workplace electrical safety tips!
http://www.esfi.org/work/

Would ECN support a drive to send them some financial help?

I will send ESFi my personal check for $50.00

If you agree, please do the same for a worthy cause, and remember that May is Electrical Safety Month.

Joe,
I agree with you on this. I have gone to the NESF site for much information that I use for safety training and for the apprenticeship class I teach. I will send a check today. All electricians should help support NESF since they are non-profit orginization.

Joe,

Perhaps we could get a representative here that could give us some general info and pointers on how (and why) to get safety messages out to our Customers?

Joe,
That's a pretty comprehensive site,
however, I couldn't help but notice two points there.
>Do not ignore electrical problems.
>Leave repairs and maintenance to authorised personnel.
If these two rules were followed properly, I'm sure everyone's life would be made easier. [Linked Image]
