I see that Carole Hersee has her own redirect to Testcard F on Wikipedia and her engineer father, sadly deceased, features his own page .

NTD8 Darwin Australia used the Phillips PM5544 test pattern in the 1990s, the callsign (NTD8) was in the top black box & DARWIN was in the bottom black box.don't know if it is still used. I have a tape of it somewhere as I knew one day, it would disappear...
