Likely, or it isn't grounded at all. Both versions are possible.

If they hadn't tied the neutral to the protective earth, the would have been no reason to install the Schuko in the first place [Linked Image] Simply use a neon pen to test which wire is which. Probably safer than relying on colour coding.

Sure. Plain showoff. I've seen many many Schuko receptacles without any ground. Technically of course it doesn'T make any sense at all, but many electricians don't seem to care.
