This approval document from South Africa lists the equipment the lab used to test the cord set. (Third page) Someone might be interested.

That's a pretty stringent test list, to apply to an extension cord set.
BTW, can anyone tell me what exactly a Glow-wire test is, I've heard of these tests being done with Portable Appliances before and I've always wondered what the term means.
