I think C-H is right, although I don't recall ever seeing this publication. I've e-mailed the IEE and asked them to send me a current copy.

You're 100% correct, it is a twice yearly newsletter.
It contains articles on changes or forthcoming changes to electrical regulations & associated regs that affect the electrical industry, plus lots of advertising.
I get it sent free of charge twice a year.
I believe you can register for Wiring Matters on the IEE website www.iee.org.uk ,but if you have to pay for it I don't think that I would bother.

Full marks to the IEE for prompt service: My free copy of the current edition arrived yesterday by first-class mail!

It's only 8 pages and half of them are filled with ads, but there are a couple of items that may be of interest. I'll post them in separate threads later.
