I've always resolved never to resolve and thus I've kept every New Year's resolution! [Linked Image]

Gave up smoking on 13th January 1996 when I learned that a colleague had done so painfully on the first of the year. 'Twas much easier as I didn't realise that I was going to give up in advance!

To those contemplating trying to kick the habit - try getting hold of those asthama-pump type nicotine delivery systems, if they are available in your country. Much better than the patches IMHO and they substitute for a long pull on the old smoke when you need to shake off the craving. Still smoke free. [Linked Image]
