cheap asian rubbish doesn`t exist as you say, all rubbish is made in Asia, and there is no connection between the price and the quality.

You have to ask them to change it whenever you have a problem.
We have a problem here now with a wireless mouse. Noone knows what could go wrong.
Btw I`ve had a HP printer I wanted to install for 4 months without success. They greeted me as an old friend at HP helpdesks here and there.
Finally I`ve told them to change the device by Warranty and they did.
Voila, I installed the new one within 10 minutes.
