Look again, doesn't appaear to be fake, It looks like the arm of the backhoe actually PUNCTURED the bridge.. It doesnt actually appear to have really cut through much, or at least to my eyes..( third pic the arm appears like it came up just at the curb, cut a bit of the roadway and in doing so, peeled up rebar and threw rubble ahead of the arm.) It also looks as if when the arm did go through, the rest of the machine came to a dead stop, BUT also came up off the trailer pinning the bucket between the machine itself and the underside of the bridge resulting in that smashed concrete above the cab of the machine in the first pic.

I am with rewired. It looks like the arm was too high, it hit the side of the bridge in the bottom foot or two, and then got pulled up and thru the bridge before coming to a stop.
