This is another of my old pictures. The service has been redone and they now have two 3,000 amp services, bus fed. I don't think anyone could afford to build one this way anymore with todays copper prices.

That could be soo much worse. That bare neutral looks interesting. The service must not be too old, otherwise, that copper buss would have probably discolored or faded a little.

Small wires are from the C.T.s to the meter.
Picture was taken right after it was built it didn't have time to weather.
Hardest part was calculating the minimum size of the splice bar that was a POCO requirement, because they refused to make up that many splices. Alan--
