This setup is between two buildings, & there's another like it for the other building right across the heavily travelled alley. It's wide open to the public (I'll bet Scott35 can identify this location)
Well, let me see if I can pinpoint the location...
The Electronics Store is the same place I usually go when something on a Computer
Fries, and needs to be replaced.
This Store is right next to a well known
Freeway/Parking Lot near a Putt-Putt Golf Course, and down the street from a large Pacific Northwestern Aircraft Manufacturer, whose name sounds similar to a bouncing ball...
(Boing!)Anyhow, I have seen and wondered the same as Scott (Electure):
