Please explain your cited violations. How can you know how the line and load is wired? Where in the NEC does it say that you can't have foreign power in an enclosure?

Other than gross overkill, why does it have to be removed? The 20a breaker is the OCPD. The 30a fuses should not be an issue, if they are, just replace them with 20a or even 15a.

Other than the close proximity what's the difference between this and a disconnect at the machine?
