I work as a Recruiter for Snap Electric in
Thousand Oaks, CA.

We are looking for a Journeyman capable of managing a crew on a jobsite. We have just opened in So. California, and business is there, we need more skilled electricians to handle the work.

Can anyone share tips on how to hire good people in So California? Is it by word of mouth? New paper ads? ??

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Tiffany

I wish I was a electrician. I do surgical work on watts from time to time. As a matter of fact, I removed a malignant coulomb from a 500 watt lamp the other day.

P.S.
Recruiter, I'll keep my radar on. If I see, or hear of anyone, I'll chime.
