The "torquer" wasn't too skilled with his handy pneumatic impact wrench.

That is indeed a high pucker factor discovery.

Bjarney, I'm the torquer!! With a Snap-On torque wrench. I did the two on the left and...huh? (yes, I slash them with a sharpie)
The CØ lug is the same top and bottom.
Panelboard's C-H, and neither they nor the lug manufacturer caught it! [Linked Image]...S

This question shows my lack of experience with 480/277 panelboards, but is it typical to have some type of divider/cover for the lugs? I would hate to see something fall across that....KABOOM!!!

Don't worry about CH, it's just a phase.

I can't say I'm surprised at seeing this...nothing phases me anymore.
