The bell box next to this enclosure doesn't appear to have any strain relief on the NM cable. Overlooking the fact that this shouldn't be NM cable.
BTW, how is that cable getting there? It appears that the NM goes into the pipe at the bottom of the enclosure, but then magically appears outside.
