You really can't see it from the photo, but the LB is completely busted in two, breaking the ground path. This is on a 200A 3 phase service entrance to a municipal parking garage. Has been like this for at least a year.... [Linked Image]

I don't see the problem. They used green tape to mark the ground path.

The Silver ductape contains some metal.
Perhaps the proper way would be to use silver ductape, and then cover it with the green to mark the grdg path? [Linked Image]

Now lookie here (pbbt..) how these newfangled
kiddies can dollywang up a perfectly simple repair job, in my day when we wuz gonna fix it we did it rite. [Linked Image] See what yaz spose to is chew yourself a bunch a bubble gum and while your chewin ya getz yore bailing wire and start wrappin now aboutz timz that gum gets nice and soft you can stop wrappin you takes the gum and voyeyela(voila) youz gots a real sound mickey type mouse repair. Nuttin beddar than bailing wire & chewing gum (bubble gum if ya need insulatein) The things they teaches youngins these days....... [Linked Image]
