A photographer leased this unit about 6 mos. ago. She took me back to her panel and nearly stuck her finger in to show me a breaker she's had to reset. It's the tandem 20. The rest are 30, and 1-1 pole 50, all serving duplex recps and lights. Seems the previous tenant, a machine shop, left them after stripping everything else when they moved. Who says you can't take it with you when you go?

Gotta call from a trailer park queen today, she would like me to take her meter & pull out the URD underground to go elsewhere.
( it's not even hers!)
