No smoke, no fire.
I had to test the photocell, and just happened to open the box. The bottom conduits run underground to an ATM machine about 100' away. All the power circuits are 120V.
How many violations are there here?

I like the Cheshire cat neutral coming out of the wire nut. (Slowly fades away until nothing is left)

Larry the white that 'vanishes' actually dives down the left hand 1/2".

Looks like a hex head Tek screw holding the grounding lug.

The paint was not cleaned off at the grounding lug.

There are two conductors in a terminal that is rated for one (IMO)

The neutrals look less than 6"

That group of funny blue cables might be better off in a separate enclosure.

And it's missing the cover. [Linked Image]
