I was very relieved when I got the cover off of this one while tracing circuits. All of the conductors were numbered and the conduit entries and exits (53 of them + 1 M/C cable) were marked with their source and destinations! My lucky day!





All I could think of before I got it open was this thread, and the picture Kent sent in.

OTOH, anyone ever opened a ceiling j-box with {almost} all white home-run and “load” #12s wadded into a big splitbolt, with multiple “newer” neutrals split-bolted onto a pair of the older group’s #12s? [To boot, with no “white” splices taped.]
