Wow~~~ya know, way back about a million years ago (okay, not that far back, lol) when I moved out on my own and got my first apt, I remembered there was a light in my walk in shower. It was an old building, very old, and as you walk in, the on/off switch was right there, the light was just a pullchain fixture which someone cut the chain off and you had to use the switch for light in that shower. A regular 40 watt bulb. I knew nothing about electricity way back then, and at that time, was just proud to be in my own place, as any young kid would be. I drove by that building a couple years ago when I went back to Calif to visit.....it no longer is there, just an empty lot now. Dont know what happened, maybe they sold out, or....
By the way, I wanted to add that it was just concrete wall and floor, no tile, no wallpaper. But it was painted, probably with oil based paint back then, a beige-sorta colour.
