Some sort of lizard is my guess....in the second pix.

They both look like they bit down on something....the lizard is biting down on the screw in the cabinet. The frog in the first picture looks like he's biting down on the split-bolt splice.

Probably how he got the worst of the shock. It looks like he's doing a hand-stand of sorts.

At first I couldn't see what Joe was talking about...it looked more like a dead leaf stuck in the wires (which does happen). ANd then I saw the arms...and the mouth.... [Linked Image]

Is it just me, or does it look like someone's spliced into feeders in the top pic?? the smaller lines coming off the split bolts look suspect of energy theft [Linked Image]
