Looks like a Neu is tied-out with the line wire (blk).

ahh excuse moi ;

but can i add one more thing that is the other wire is alumuain ??? my eyes are teasing me. but if that so that is most crazy thing i see it or some one use the soldering tin on wires but i look at it c'est le alumuain wire there . should use specal split bolts or conneters for that type of wires rated for that puropse
