I don't know about the rest of Ontario but as far as Ive heard they are not forcing you to have a master ticket in Essex county yet.Just a valid ticket(442a 0r 309),insurance and most guys incorporate the business.Ive had an inspector tell me that they can't enforce the master ticket because it's not fair to allow a homeowner/business owner to wire there house/building etc with no license and force a contractor to have them all.This will change if the provice has there way right now it's up in the air because the trade is not regulated.
