ECN Forum Forums General Topics of the Trade General Discussion Area FMC-the preparation of the ends?

I have used some FMC and always use anti-shorts to protect the wiring against any sharp edges.It has always bothered me that this may not be adequate.
How do all you other sage sparkies deal with this issue?
