There was a permit for a "Mrs. Smith" in my town and I went to my boss. I told him the Mrs. Smith sign for the job and I KNOW that Mrs. Smith can't do the job. He asked me why I was so certain. I told him that I use to work for Mrs. Smith and that she was a little old lady who had a hump in her back and she couldn't even stand up straight. There was NO WAY that she could do the work. I went out on the rough inspection ( She wasn't there ) but the GC was. I told him that I wanted a lic. EC to sign a permit for the job and check it over. He asked me why? I told him that I use to work for the HO and I know that there is a scam going on. There was a LIC. EC that came on the job and checked it all over.
