I have a job that I am to wire a dedicated circuit to. I can use a conduit that is in the same area, but the panel is full. There is another panel beside it, that is not full. The easiest way I see, is use the conduit, and set a juncion box at the panel location, and pipe into the other panel. Is this acceptacle to code? I found it in the 99 code, but can't seem to find it in the new code. Thanks for the help. Steve...

p.s I was looking in the wrong section of the new code [Linked Image] my mistake again. The best I read in 300-3 (c) that circuits rated 600 volts or less can be run in the same raceway, etc....
