Ok, I'm stumped. I admit it, maybe some of you guys can staighten me out.
I am bidding on a development. The utility is going to provide a meter bank at a cul-de-sac.
All homes will be supplied via a lateral. I am reading 230-70(a)
I am not used to seeing a residence without some external indication of the utility entry, so this seems strange..
any comments ??
