I once saw a temp service for an Austrian fair... they tied a 1x2 to the metal restroom trailer using conduit wire, ran two screws into the end, laid the quadruplex cable between the two screws that stuck up like a fork. They then erected their work by climbing up a ladder one of the helpers was holding in mid air...
