PSE&G has a "Green Book" with their specs; PSE&G will issue a meter pan upon you filling out a PSE&G application, and presenting a valid, original municipal permit for said work. Pans must be capable of 'barrel lock'
JCP&L, does NOT issue any meter pans. You have to buy it. JCP&L 'spec' at the supply house.
I have no clue about Rockland/Orange Electric (North Corner), nor Atlantic Electric (Southern areas)
