Bug:
Take a look at some of the tubes he has, then look at eBay. Depending on some of the tube types (6L6'es, 6550's etc.) and their physical condition, some of them can bring a very good price. Some of the newer tubes being manufactured today can go for $40.00 or more per pair.
I'm glad to find out that there are others out there that like to collect similar old stuff. I am definitely a packrat of the highest (or is it lowest) order.
