Is it a common practice to tie up a fixture on the trim that is designed to hang over a table?
I just heard about a law suit because the dining room fixture was nose height and some woman walked into it when they were moving in.
It goes on but you get the picture.
Is it a normal practice to temporarily tie up a fixture that is designed to hang lower?
