What was the original call? Was there a problem? Or, was it to estimate a new service. That was a great story you wrote. It sounds like a nightmare and it would need to be wired to code. Could be a nice size job to correct the whole system. If the owner does not go for it, that's his problem. You know that at least you gave a good estimate and it's done right.
