For those interested, I have a quick and easy method, although crude, of marking tools with any plastic casing fast.
Get a dog tag printed with raised lettering, with your message / threat! Heat with torch, apply quickly, done. It has mixed results but works.
I keep thinking of getting something like this.... For a more pro look.
