Just because they fit doesn't mean that you can use them. If they are not from the original manufacturer, then they must be UL "classified" for use in that panel. All classified breakers come with a listing of panels that they are permitted to be used in. Use of breakers that "fit" but are not listed of classified for use in that panel is a code violation and a safety hazard.
