If we supply the part, the part and labor are warrantied for at least1 year. I say at least because it is so rare that we have to go back, I'll extend that warranty if at my discression.
If the customer suppplies the part, it depends on ahat the part is, but we'll usually give a year on the labor.
PSBelarge, I agree. I used to be "cheap" and good. Now we're just good. I built a nice customer base and found that most were willing to pay more for good service.
