NJ adopted the 2008 NEC for the statewide electrical subcode. There are a few amendments, none of which are major. Our 'rehab' code is still using the 2005 NEC, as it was adopted, with minor amendments. The Ecs are now doing CEU with a mandatory 9 hours of 2011 NEC changes; so basically we are 'using' three versions of the NEC.
Edit: Additionally, the above is statewide, there are no local deviations.
