On jobs here that the State has jurisdiction, I do not arrive at all.
Health care facilities, require local (me), and after my final, the DCA performs their inspection. With this type setup, I rarely see a State inspector.
School jobs use the same format as above.
I know a few PMs & foremen who, if they read your post will be happy to be on the east coast.
