wire to code. i've lost jobs for the reason of fore thought. Builders don't want that. wire to code then add the extras.
everybody gets a cut.
Do i agree? no way. but in this economy,it is more prevalent than ever.

bait and switch..? Thats up to debate. I suppose it depends who is the 'customer', Builder? or end user.
