If you were in Virginia, you could have asked me, I've got a stamp AND a seal
Only the stamp is legally binding in VA, but the seal just looks so much better, IMHO.
I was looking for side work when I first got my PE, but with the cost of insurance, it just doesn't make sense unless I get a
lot of side work, and I'm not sure I want to sacrifice that much of my time.
