Even to an electrical engineer's eye (mine!) I see issues. In the 2nd picture, is that an ethernet cable coming into that electrical box? I don't think you're allowed to have other than power wiring in boxes with power wiring.
4th picture, that ground to the water pipe, the pipe material looks to be wrong for grounding, also the teflon tape doesn't help either.
9th picture, the red wire goes to an independent breaker. Usually red wire is only found in cables with black and white wires, which likely means a multiple branch circuit. Or it feeds a water heater or such, which needs the other breaker to be ganged to the first one.
In picture 11, doesn't look like that there is enough space to work on that panel.
Picture 12, I see loose wires that I think need to be inside a raceway of some sort (conduit, or romex cable or such).
In the last picture, 14, looks like the cables need better supports, ie, stapled to the wood beams. Also that light bulb looks to be too close to the insulation.

And I think they need a new meter pan.
