It was a power supply that got added for that camera, and the fact that i forgot to reground the rack when i moved stuff around.
Reground rack, most of it gone, swapout power supply... Fine....
The REGULATED power supply shows 120 Hz! Voltage to low for regulator cut off after rectifiers....
