Went to my local HD today. The Pro Desk guy told me that HD no longer has or supports the Worksite CD. He said that there was something like it on-line.
I also received an email from HD in response to my inguiry, which I am posting below:

Create your order, submit it online to your preferred store for
fulfillment, and arrange for convenient pickup or delivery.

"Contractor Services." On the following page, click on the "Get started
now" link. You will then need to select a product category to proceed.
Once a category has been selected, you will be prompted for a zip code
to identify our local stores. Select the store that you wish to shop,
and start shopping!
