Hey Guys,
We primarily wire custom residential and do commercial and residential service work. One of our contractors wants us to wire a Philly Connection build out. I haven't done anything like this for a long time and would like some guidance on bidding. Here's the specs:

The building is 20 X 64 and is brand new, only wired with a couple of lights.
The panel has to be moved 6 feet and an additional 200 amp 24 circuit MLO has to be added(not a subfeed off the other panel).
2 RTU's
17 pendant lights
10 track lights
15 2x2 lay in's
Walk in cooler
16 sm appliance outlets on 10 circuits
general wall outlets and switches
Heat lamp
(basic kichen stuff, but no oven)
2 bathrooms w hand dryers
Wiring for 1 sign
Emergency and exit lights

Except over the cooking area, the ceiling will be open framing(metal).
All conduit connectors must be compression
Flex only to be used for short sections at fixtures and appliances.

If you can tell me how you bid this type of project and what your gut feel is on the project. Any input will be helpfull.
Thanks!
