The best way to make the penetration is to call Hilti, 3M, Spec-Seal, etc. and tell them what you are penetrating and what you want to put through it. You will 99.9 % probably find that 30 plus will not be covered by a UL classified system. It sounds like it will probably be too large. New systems are being developed all the time, so I just might be wrong. You may be able to get through with one or more penetrations of multiples.

If you or the AHJ will accept it you can probably get some kind of engineering judgement from the manufacturer on this configuration. We do not accept "EJ's" because they do not comply with the Building Code.

I've looked at many penetrations through fire resistive construction, and the best advice I can give anyone is to plan the penetration with a manufactur rep BEFORE running the conduit through the wall or floor. Trying to find a system to match what you have done is hard.

I'm sorry there is no easy answer to your dilemna.
