It would make you wonder about the integrity of the Safety Clothing, that the victim was wearing at the time of the accident, considering that he recieved such severe burns with it on?.
Dust explosions can be nasty at the best of times, we had a flour mill flattened about 5 years ago, due to a wrong type of motor being installed below one of the main hoppers.
