This homemade cage caused two men to be injured as the forklift rolled over rough terrain and apparently dumped the men overboard. It is unknown of the extent of their injuries, but both were taken to hospital by ambulance.

Uh... guys, they make OSHA approved forklift cages... and they're probably cheaper than the fines and medical costs that this contractor now faces! Not to mention the pain and suffering of the injured men, and lost productivity.
