Hey, wait a minute! Didn't Google actually BUY the archive tapes of all these newsgroups -- that's how they're able to keep the back-posts from like 1995 still on-line?
I hope they didn't also destroy these archives.

http://groups.google.com and typed in the name of de.sci.ing.elektrotechnik and there it was -- with the latest posts being from 27 Sept. 03
