Just check that the Justice in this case is indeed addressed as 'your honour' in New Zealand. American TV influence in South Africa led many people down the 'your honour' route whereas the correct title in that land, following British convension was 'Your Worship'. Silly I know but sometimes little things can strengthen your credibility in the case. Best of luck.
